Building Robots!

I’ve been frantically putting together these robot arms for a shoot tomorrow. Has it been four months since I last posted?? Well, tomorrow should be the shoot I needed to finish what I started last fall with Sadie and Alexis. I’ll post pictures after the shoot!

I am uploading a pair of large MPEG files for our backers! Both files contain the same 13 minutes of raw footage from our “Starlight vs. The Blackbird” shoot last week, one is just a smaller screen size. I converted it to 720p instead of the raw 1080p to make the download faster. (The raw file is almost 3 Gigs!)

I will be sending the download links to all of the backers later today!

A DISCLAIMER! This movie shoot was not in any way paid for with backer money. It is a separate project by the League of Amazing Women and myself. We are using these shoots as an opportunity to experiment with new equipment (also NOT paid for with backer money), and we are making the results available to backers as an extra perk and as a demonstration of our work.

Starlight vs. The Blackbird!  
Here’s a peek at the video shoot we did on Thursday. Sadie Holmes and Alexis Grace helped me make a test shoot with the new camera and sound equipment. I’ll put together a quick video edit for our move backers. Watch for it in a few days!
